By accessing the 57vcom website at57vcom.best, creating a member account, or using any product or service offered on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If any part of these Terms is unclear to you, please contact the 57vcom support team before registering or continuing to use the platform.

These Terms apply to all 57vcom members in the Philippines regardless of which product they use — sports betting, PBA markets, NBA and basketball odds, MA betting, Color Game, live casino, or any other section of the platform. Using any part of 57vcom constitutes acceptance of these Terms in their entirety.

Each individual may hold only one 57vcom account. Creating more than one account — whether under your own name, a different name, or using another person's identity — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held across those accounts.

All 57vcom account transactions are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). There is no currency conversion applied to any deposit or withdrawal. The payment methods currently available at 57vcom include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI and UnionBank online banking, and Visa and Mastercard bank cards. Payment method availability is subject to change — always confirm the current options inside your account before initiating any transaction.

Deposits at 57vcom are for the purpose of participating in the betting and casino products on the platform. 57vcom is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances. Funds held in your 57vcom account are not insured deposits and are subject to the terms governing account closure set out in these Terms.

All bets placed at 57vcom are final once accepted by the platform. The bet slip confirmation screen is your record of the market, stake amount in PHP, and potential return. Review all details on the bet slip carefully before confirming. 57vcom is not responsible for selections made in error by the member.

Odds and market prices are set by the 57vcom trading desk and are subject to change at any time before bet is accepted. The price displayed at the moment of acceptance is the price that applies to the wager. In the event that a manifest error — such as a clearly incorrect price resulting from a data feed error — is identified after bet has been accepted, 57vcom reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the member's account.

Postponed and Abandoned Events

If a sporting event that is the subject of a pre-match bet is postponed before it begins, 57vcom will void all related bets and return the stakes to members' accounts in accordance with standard practice for the relevant competition. If an event begins and is subsequently abandoned, settlement will depend on whether the minimum playing time required for bets to stand has been completed — this threshold is specified per sport and available from57vcom support on request.

Casino and Color Game Products

Live casino games and Color Game rounds at 57vcom are governed by the specific game rules displayed in the interface before each round or session. These rules form part of the contract between the member and 57vcom for that game session. In the event of a technical interruption during a casino game or Color Game round, 57vcom will apply its standard disconnection and round-void policy, which aims to ensure that members are not disadvantaged by technical issues outside their control. The outcome of interrupted rounds is determined by the system record, not by the member's recollection of their screen state.

These promotion-specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible products, claim deadlines, and minimum odds conditions — form part of these Terms and Conditions and must be read and understood before claiming any offer.

General bonus conditions that apply to all 57vcom promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise include the following:

• Bonuses are available to one account per member, per household, and per device. Circumventing this through the creation of multiple accounts or the use of another person's account is a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the requirement will result in the bonus balance being removed.
• 57vcom reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring claims already made in accordance with the advertised terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 57vcom login credentials. Do not share your password or any one-time verification codes with any other person — including contacts claiming to be from the57vcom team. 57vcom will never ask for your password through email, SMS, live chat, or any other communication channel.

Any activity that takes place on your 57vcom account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility unless you have notified 57vcom of unauthorised access before the activity occurs. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 57vcom support immediately through the official in-platform contact channel and change your password as soon as possible.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at 57vcom and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to the relevant authorities:

• Identity fraud: Providing false personal information at registration, during verification, or in any communication with 57vcom.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other members to manipulate bet outcomes, exploit promotions, or circumvent platform rules.
• Money laundering: Using the57vcom platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to structure transactions in a way designed to obscure their origin.
• System exploitation: Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any technical means to interact with the 57vcom platform in a way not intended for human users, including to exploit pricing errors or game mechanics.
• Match fixing: Participating in, facilitating, or benefiting from any arrangement intended to influence the outcome of a sporting event for betting purposes.

57vcom reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member account at any time. Reasons for which 57vcom may take such action include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete required verification, suspected fraudulent or prohibited activity, and regulatory compliance obligations.

Members may also request the voluntary closure of their own account at any time by contacting 57vcom support through the in-platform channel. When a closure request is made, any pending bets will be settled according to their normal outcome before the account is closed, unless the closure is being made as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion request — in which case open bets may be voided and stakes returned at57vcom's discretion.

Where an account is closed as a result of a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including both deposited funds and winnings — may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. 57vcom will communicate the outcome of any account investigation to the member through the registered contact details where it is lawful to do so.

57vcom provides its betting and casino services on "as available" basis. While 57vcom takes reasonable steps to ensure platform reliability and accuracy, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of technical errors at all times. 57vcom will not be held liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, data feed errors, or technical failures that are outside its reasonable control.

The maximum liability of 57vcom to any member in connection with any single incident is limited to the value of the stake placed on the affected bet or game round. Members access and use the 57vcom platform at their own risk. 57vcom is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through betting or casino play, and does not guarantee any particular outcome for any product on the platform. All products carry inherent financial risk, and members should not wager more than they can comfortably afford to lose.

Continued use of 57vcom after a Terms update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, your only recourse is to close your account by contacting 57vcom support. Any bets or casino plays in progress at the time of your account closure will be settled according to their normal outcome and any remaining balance processed according to the withdrawal procedures in these Terms.
